Neu Consulting Inc. o/a EquiRoute (“EquiRoute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates equiroute.ca, the EquiRoute waitlist, and the EquiRoute Waitlist Launch Draw. Contact: info@equiroute.ca.
We collect information you provide through the waitlist or draw-entry process, such as name, email address, audience type, general location, services needed or offered, and optional details such as horse count or travel distance. We may also collect technical and referral information such as referral link or code, referral attribution, signup source, pages visited, timestamps, device/browser information, IP address, and standard analytics data.
If you use a referral link or code, we record referral attribution so we can administer the draw, count eligible entries, verify referrals, prevent fraudulent or duplicate signups, measure launch-channel performance, and understand regional demand for EquiRoute.
We use personal information to operate the waitlist, administer the draw, verify eligibility and referral entries, prevent fraud, contact selected entrants, deliver the prize, send waitlist or launch updates where permitted, and understand where to launch first.
If someone joins through your referral link, we do not share their personal information with you. Referrers do not see a referred person’s name, email address, phone number, location, horse details, property details, or services needed. We may show referrers limited aggregate referral status, such as the number of verified referrals attributed to their link.
You only receive email if you check the consent box when signing up. We record the date and time of your consent. Every email includes one-click unsubscribe, effective immediately.
We use service providers for hosting, forms, database management, analytics, email automation, and related operational tools. Personal information may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We use reasonable contractual, technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.
You may contact info@equiroute.ca for information about EquiRoute’s policies and practices regarding service providers outside Canada and the collection, use, disclosure, storage, or processing of personal information by those service providers.
If EquiRoute is reorganized, incorporated as a separate corporation, or its business or assets are transferred to a successor entity, personal information may be transferred to that successor for the same purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law. EquiRoute will update its Privacy Policy and public-facing terms when that transfer occurs.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not post your location publicly. We do not reveal your personal details to the person who referred you.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including waitlist operations, draw administration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and business records. We may retain limited contest records after the draw for audit, dispute, or legal purposes.
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction, withdraw marketing consent, or ask us to delete your information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, contest-recordkeeping, and business-record requirements. Contact info@equiroute.ca.
